This summer we will explore three books.  The selections will be available starting this Sunday during the coffee break, and also in the church office during the week.  In addition,  you may order the books through Amazon.com if you click on the links that are posted to our church website adult ed page.  For every sale ade through our website, a small contribution is given back to our church.  As always, church members of all ages are welcome to join us.  It is our hope that our high school students would read the books and participate as well, particularly for the July selection.  Central READS will meet on the following dates, at 7:00 PM, in the Parlor (or perhaps in our new addition–stay tuned!)  Desserts and beverages (and air-conditioning!) will be supplied.  Come down to the book table at coffee for more details on all these books.

Sunday, July 27th The Screwtape Letters by C.S. Lewis.  Discussion led by Mary Bauman. 

This year’s Mystery Trip will leave on July 30th and return on August 2nd. As always, this trip is for students entering grades 7-9 this fall. Can’t discuss many other details at this juncture, what with sworn secrecy and all. Still, it should be life-rattlingly awesome…like no other experience in your life! It starts here!

You are invited to a historical event on June 29th as Central Reformed Church dedicates it’s new addition.  This space give us handicapped accessible restrooms, a new elevator, and a better space to fellowship in with access directly from the parking lot!

BLOOD PRESSURE SCREENING IS AVAILABLE THE FIRST SUNDAY OF EVERY MONTH.  Two nurses from our congregation, will be available before the worship service (9:00-9:20 AM), and following the worship service (10:30-11:00 AM) to check your blood pressure.  They can be found in the church office.
