- Major Additions, Robert Dial, 1982
- Tonal Finishing, Leslie Peart, 1982
- Console by Organ Supply Industries, 1991
The Organ of Central Reformed Church was originally built by the Schantz Organ Company,in 1957, concurrent with the completion of the present building. At that time, it consisted of 41 ranks of pipes playable from a four manual console.
In 1982, three of those ranks were discarded, and an additional 40 ranks added by Robert G. Dial, of Springfield, Illinois, with tonal finishing and regulating accomplished by Leslie Peart, Director of Music for Central.
In 1990, two additional ranks of pipes were added. Then in 1991, a new five manual console, in the style of E.M. Skinner, was built by Organ Supply Industries, of Erie, Pennsylvania, and installed by Robert Dial. This new console contains preparations for three additional ranks.
